Motion Sickness | Symptoms & Signs | Diagnosis & Tests | Prevention & Expectations | Treatment & Monitoring

How is the condition diagnosed?

There is not a test to diagnose motion sickness. It is usually diagnosed after a person has had motion sickness and asked his or her healthcare provider for help. The provider may discuss past episodes of motion sickness with the person in order to find ways to prevent it in the future.
